🛍️ 1. How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, select your item, choose a size or variation, and click “Add to Cart.” Complete checkout with your shipping and payment information.
📦 2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days.
Delivery usually takes 7–15 working days depending on your location.
🧾 3. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track it in your Shopify account if registered.
💳 4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.).
🔁 5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Exchanges are available for size or color issues.
🚫 6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
